On December 9, 2020, Guillermo Moro participated as a speaker in the conference organized by the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) on “UNCITRAL Legislative Harmonization Work in the Area of Transparency in Investor-State Arbitration”, in the framework of the “UNCITRAL Day 2020”.
Guillermo intervened as one of the speakers in a mock debate exercise in which different positions were taken on the tension between confidentiality and transparency.
