On 6 October 2017, Guillermo Moro made a presentation as invited speaker at the International Seminar on Auditing of Reciprocal Protection on Investment Treaties and Other Initiatives on the Subject in Ecuador” developed in Auditoria de la Corporación Financiera Nacional in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
Guillermo’s presentation was about “International Investment Law and Human Rights: A Perspective from General Comment No. 24 of the United Nations HR Committee”.
