On 2 and 3 June 2022, a new edition of the prestigious Latin American Arbitration Conference (CLA) took place, in Montevideo (Uruguay).

On 2 June 2022 Guillermo Moro participated as speaker in the panel devoted to analyze the question “Is there a correct interpretation of investment treaties?”, alongside Mónica Pinto, Patricio Grané Labat and Christian Leathley, moderated by Juliana de Valdenebro Garrido.

We thank and congratulate the organizers of the CLA, the co-panelists, and all participants, for making possible two extraordinary days of conversation and discussion about many of the most pressing current topics in international arbitration.
