On 22 November 2018 the arbitral tribunal rendered its award in the case South American Silver Limited v. the Plurinational State of Bolivia (PCA Case No, 2013-15) formed by Osvaldo Guglielmino, Eduardo Zuleta Jaramillo and Francisco Orrego Vicu\u00f1a.<\/p>\n
Osvaldo had a dissenting opinion in connection with several issues related with the jurisdiction of the tribunal, the merits, and the assessment of damages in the case.<\/p>\n
